Machine a radius at intersecting hole? (cross hole deburring)

I'm struggling to come up with a toolpath for this feature:

This is a part I've been doing for many years now, and the feature in question has (up until now) been done with an Orbitool and then hand blended in with small 3M bristle disks.. There has never been enough need to program that feature, due to part quantity and machine ability (old Matsuura). Well, that has changed a bit (new Kitamura and large qty of parts) and I'd really like to remove as much "hand work" as possible. The feature in question is a 1mm radius, but truthfully, it just needs to be a smooth transition so wires don't suffer abrasion. I've tried Ramp, Scallop, Morph Spiral, all to no real success. A search indicates that "Blend" is going to be the answer, but it's failing on me, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  (Fusion Blend is broken, according to my sources)

Looking for suggestions or ideas, part is attached

Yeah, Blend is looking pretty good Smiley LOL

I would really like to see stock comparison in F360 too (what's seen above). This was with no collisions. I'll see if I can get something nicer in Fusion though.

Figured I'd see if I could hack in Blend and... this is depressing:

I tried to shoehorn in a Blend operation as a template but since you can't edit the geometry without getting that error, no dice.

@LibertyMachine I got to ask. Is the edge fillet because you don't want to cut an o-ring with a mating part?
