HSMWORKS crashed

Hello everyone,
Has anyone ever had the following problem?

After opening a new file (for example Step)
and create a new job, HSMWORKS/Solidworks stops responding and lots of windows are displayed.
Windows 11 system.
The error has been there for about 4 weeks.

looks like you have 3 solidworks open on your task bar!!!

you should only have ones open and then have multiple part files or assemblies open in that one.

just a guess

or have you had any major Windows update or added any new programs?

I have exactly the same issue (SW 2024 SP 3.1/4.0 + HSM 2024/2025). I tried a lot of things and nothing helped. BUT I found that if I start up TeamViewer and any other device is connected to my computer everything running smooth without issues but as soon as TeamViewer is disconnected problem is back again.

Did you find any solution?
