HSM EDIT - Where is backplot view?

With NC editor magically gone, with HSM 2018 now loaded, how do I get the backplot window to show in HSM edit?

The "HELP" tab mentions it, and shows it, but it' not there under setup dropdown.

Thanks!

Just making sure you see this. Not good stuff IMO.

And the worse thing that nobody decided to make note of it somewhere to users.

The "best" part is when you click help at the top of HSMedit, and it describes how to use backplot, but our "cheap" version does not get it.

Backplot is the main reason the editor even pops up for most of us IMO.

Yeah... this totally needs to be addressed. And there has been a total lack of transparency about it.... almost to the point of it coming across as an attempt to hide the issue. It took the community bringing it up, for it to be confirmed. It shouldn't have been that way.

Autodesk should be renegotiating this contract to get it back into the product, until such time that they have a suitable replacement in functionality built into HSM.

@scottmoyse I agree the way it is being handled does not seem the best.  This should have been put out up front, not like people were not going to notice.

Didn't cimco originally have financial interest in the HSM kernel?
