Can I Probe Z in Multiple Areas and Then Compensate (interpolate) Z Across the Whole Part in HSM?

I have a Renishaw probe on my HAAS Office Mill, and I am cutting a job that has tight Z tolerances across the part.

The part is "flat" in the chuck, but that is not close enough for this job.

I need a way to probe the part in multiple areas, find the angle it's tilting, and then interpolate or compensate Z across the whole part so that the depth is consistent.

Is this possible in HSM?

Video of the function I need for reference:

Thanks
