REQUEST for Kitamura post processor

REQUEST for Kitamura post processor

I would like to make post processor for kitamura Arumatik Control.

I really appreciate if someone from Japan could contact me.

I work for Kitamura Japan, so I could help you get technical information.

Thank you,

Hello,

Have you made any progress in locating a post processor for the Kitamura Arumatik control? We are evaluating the purchase of either a Kitamura Mycenter-4XV or a YCM jC10 with the Fanuc MXP-200FB+ control. The availability of a well-matched post processor for the chosen machine’s control system will be a key factor in our final decision.

Thank you for any feedback.

Dear Ed,
I sincerely apologize, but unfortunately, there has not been significant progress regarding the post processor for the Kitamura Arumatik control.
That said, since the Mycenter-4XV is a standard 3-axis vertical machining center, it is likely possible to adapt a generic post processor―such as the standard one provided in Fusion 360―through customization.
In the United States, Kitamura Machinery of USA serves as the local subsidiary. I would recommend reaching out to them or consulting through your local Kitamura distributor for further support.
I’m truly sorry I couldn’t be of more help at this time, and I appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Taka

Hello Taka,

@KrupalVala from Autodesk replied in a separate post. 05-23-2025

"We are planning to build and add the Kitamuara Arumatik post processor to our library. Currently, we are gathering the necessary data. In the meantime, I believe you can use the Mitsubishi post processor until the Kitamuara Arumatik post is available in the library."

Thank you for the update.

Thank You @EdDRM , 👍

Hi @taka-hayashi9R9JU , We are currently in the process of adding the Kitamura Arumatik postprocessor to the Fusion machine library. The post will soon be available in the library. In the meantime, you can use the generic Mitsubishi postprocessor.

Thanks,
