Adding a post will not be enough. Operations for 4 and 5 axes are also required. There is no good operation for simultaneous.

Can you be more specific with what you are after.

The fanuc Post the ships with the software now supports the 5 Axis.

The Fanuc post that is available in the software as well as in the cam.Autodesk posts website doesn't have a simulateous 5 axis post processor

His problem is that the Post that you can find in the post library doesn't work for Fusion360. 

Since that doesn't have the new post engine yet.
