We have a Schaublin 102 with a retrofitted Heidenhain Manualplus (done in 1998). This was based on the Philips 432 controls. Looking at the sample it also has to work with the ManualPlus in ISO mode.
I will test it asap. and let you know if it works.
It works great on my Manualplus, except for the tool change position, which is doubled in the setup. I changed the values in the post by dividing them by 2.
Further modifications:
1) I added an option for opposite toolholders. I use tool 1-29 for tools on the workers' side, and tool 30-47 for tools on the opposite side of the spindle. The post checks if the tool range is within 31-48 and then automatically reverses the direction: X- values being multiplied by -1 and G2/G4 / G41/G42 being reversed. So far this works.
2) For the tool changing point I use T48, I have to, because the Heidenhain control I use does not support G54/G55 etc.
I am working on the drilling and tapping cycles right now.
The new post uses G97 to approach to the part and then switches to G96.... this is a bit rough for an old machine, it stops for a sec and then needs to boost up full throttle... i know, that was someones wish, but is it possible to activate/deactivate this before postprocessing ?
greets
bb
PS: G99 X___ needs to be doubled... its the radius now... i was able to do that by myself (wow)... but, if you change that too, the PP is perfect
