Workpiece position compensation.

Good evening everyone, I am writing this post because after a series of searches in Google and the forum I was unable to find an answer. The problem is that when I use the fourth axis of the work center, and the piece is out of position with respect to the Fusion model, I don't know how to compensate for this without redoing the model. I read in the manual that the center has the G54.4 command to compensate for this. Can anyone explain to me how to use this command and how the post process must be configured to use it? I currently use the Doosan 3/5 axis VMC post. Thanks everyone for the help.

The Doosan 3/5 axis VMC post should already be setup and configured to utilize G54.4. You enable it by checking the tick box in the post properties within the NC Program dialog as seen below:

Good evening CNC_Lee,
Thank you for the answer, I tried to select the check box you showed in the figure but nothing changes between before and after and this thing drives me crazy because I don't understand if I'm wrong in defining the tools and paths in castings or if the problem is related to the PP.
Is there a way to understand what the problem is related to?

I am grateful for your help.

Best regards.

Hi

i'm not sure about what i'm going to say now, but, for me you need to use G68.2 for do what you wish. Do you have try to look if you have a similar things in "Post properties" then "multi axis" ?

Good morning, I tried to export the program using G68.2 but once I brought it to the car it gave me an error because it is not enabled to use this code. In the end I will proceed by working with the 4th axis positioned and I will create an origin for each position in order to cancel the error.
