THC height issue in Fusion 360

Hello everyone, before ..... I need to mention that I'm totally new in this field, I'm using Mach3 post processor inside fusion .....the problem is when I start cutting my THC does not lower the height so the tool can start cutting, but I can see it taking the path correctly...any solutions. thank you all
