Problem with B axis hurco 5 axis machine

Greetings,

I have a hurco VMX60SRTi machine

The path generated by the post processor has a positive sign of the B axis.
To execute the toolpath correctly, the B axis must have the negative value.
I attach post,
images and test project.

How is it possible to keep the correct B axis in the post hurco for 5 simultaneous axes?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @laromosrl

looking at your post, it seems you are using a machine configuration file associated to the setup.

As there is no kinematic defined in the post, the sytem will be using the one coming from the simulation.

If the direction is wrong, it can be changed in the following manner:

1 - Open the machine tool library in Fusion,

2 - Open the culprit file

3 - Search for the wrong axis

4 - Fix it by changing the sign of the value framed in Blue. (not the zero value, the 1 or -1)

5 - Save and test again.

It should fix your issue.

Only a machine config file stored in a personnal (local or cloud) folder can be edited.

You CAN NOT edit something in the Fusion360 library.

Cheers
