postprocessor problem for xilog plus.

Hi thanks to one of the users i have the possibility to test the post processor for xilog plus unfortunately when importing from fusion 360 to xilog i noticed differences in the paths created by fusion. can anyone have an idea what could be the reason for this ?

Look like a problem with the arc interpolation.

It can be because of arc in plane other than XY. (see the attached picture)

If we have arc in other plane maybe this controller doesn't support this.

Have a look at the beginning of the operation, it start at the red arrow pointing down on the toolpath.

And search the first 2-3 moves for an arc.(It should be good with a G18, G19 for switching plane)

The issue can be with the arc center. Depending on parameters on the machine, or the controller, I & J values can be in absolute mode, or incremental from the arc starting point.

PS : without the post processor, i can't tell you if it is set to absolute or incremental. Without the nc code i can't check if there is an arc in the XZ, or YZ plane. But this is the most common issues.
