I'm not sure whether you are getting this error through NC code, out of the limits defined by axis parameters or PLC.

The mistake was in the machine 0,0,0.

But now I have new issues. 

I have 2 messages showed at images attached.

Hi @Anonymous ,

1) ERROR 1084 : arc error from controller.

Please turn-on G16 option in your post from

  useG16: false, // use G16 instead of G17/G18/G19

to

useG16: true, // use G16 instead of G17/G18/G19

2) Error 0002  Improper data Error : When programming a block number greater than 9999

If you still getting an error then turn off sequence number.
