Hi 

we are looking at switching to fusion 360 for our c.r onsrud tech series cnc router.

our router has a b&r controller. I have attached the post processor we are currently using in visual mill as an example

This is a generic post of onsrud series with fanuc controller, I don't see much difference between the codes, so you can give it a try and let me know the feedback

I tried it but it came up error (cnc fault) before even picking up the tool from the holder.

mabe have to be a modified post processor?

Yes it needs modification. If you have any working nc file which is working fine with the machine then attach the nc file here.i will have look at it. 

Make sure zip the file before attaching.

I've attached a job that has quite a few operations. instead of one massive operation we brake them down in case of having to reset of change pieces in the programming.

I had checked the sample files you have provided there are lot of changes needs to be incorporated and it needs some back and forth testing of the codes to validate the post. So I suggest you to contact one of our re-sellers to do the job for you.
