Im new and slightly overwhelmed with the concept of modding a post processor, I recently finished a controller retrofit on a SCM router table, I put a nk 260 weighong controller in to it to modernize its capabilities. I have successfully run posts from V Carve pro using AXYZ ATC Arcs(mm)(*.nc), Im trying to find something similar to post from fusion. It seems like really simple G code from Vcarve, and the post processors i found on similar threads i have tried and it wont run through the code it gets stuck on illegal characters. Any help help would be appreciated, ill attach a successful g code from V carve for an example.

Hi @Pimagineering,
Have you tried post processors from HSM post library? https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts
I think a Fanuc milling post or similar would be reasonably close to your sample code. Perhaps if you don't see something, you can explain what characters your controller is alarming over and calling illegal. The more details you can provide on that, the better. If there is an error number, the character, perhaps the NC program which threw the error, etc.
Did you find something that works? I am also have the same NK260 controller. Pls helpp
@ethanKYZWV Where did you find that one? Looking at the Post library via @Pimagineering 's the original link, I don't see any with that name when searching. Considering getting a machine with that same controller, How is it working for you?
Hi,
as usual this forum is full of people asking questions and finding solutions, but only one out of two seems to like to share the solution to their problem in the end...
I found this after some digging, I hope it's still relevant for you : https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/hsm-post-processor-forum/post-processor-for-weihong-nk105-solved/td-p...
Here is a beta post processor if anyone would like to test it out.
