Mazak Integrex Postprocessor Needed

The Integrex Post that is available here is a "Mill-Turn" Post. Does anyone here have a "Turn-Mill" Post we could purchase? Any help here would be greatly appreciated and like I said, we would pay for any assistance in obtaining one. Not sure if the control is required but it is a Matrix control. It would be great to find one that has already been proven, or at least most of it has.

Thanks!

Brett......

We have a base post that was created for Integrex machines generally needs customization for the specific machine.

This post generally needs customization for the specific machine.

There a few partners that are very good that dealing with the post.

@ArjanDijk  Is one of the guys that come to mind as being good with this machine.

Here is the base post:

https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts?p=mazak_integrex

Again, this is a post where you want to work with a post-Author to refine for your specific machine.

With that said,  it isn't something that should worry you.  This post has been refined and is running multiple Integrex machines.

Note, I love to engage on the forums. However, I spend a lot of time in meetings trying to help clear the path for our amazing team of Developers working on Manufacturing at Autodesk. So, if I don't respond immediately, it's not that I don't care.

CNC Machineworks is now Cadac Group Digital Fabrication and yes we have succesfully integrated the Mazak Integrex post at several customers.

Actually we spent a couple of days at Mazak Europe with very good help from them to succesfully make and test the post.

Please let us know if we can be at any help.

I think we've tried this post on our 400-IV Integrex with Matrix Control and we get a alarm #401 "Illegal  Format". When we bybass the milling part, it works okay. We have Mazak stumped.

Thanks,

Brett.....

My first guess is that is has nothing to do with the post, but more machine settings related. Mazak requires certain settings on the controller, so the generated nc-code will work correct.

Best approach is to ask Mazak for the correct settings, if they are not at any help, let me know.

Yes, we already have. That's why I said Mazak was stumped. Unfortunately, we purchased this machine used, so not sure what has been messed with. Thanks everyone in advance for your help. This has really caused some negativity with HSM even tho its not the software at all. We just got to find a solution and everyone here will be okay.

Thanks!

Is there an exact line it errors out on?

That would help a lot.

I believe such an error could be for example a dot in an spindle speed where the machine doesn't allow for that.

So it could be really simple/small

Yes, it was line 13. I put the whole line in parenthesis and it still error d out. It was a Macro line. I will get a printout when I get to work and post it here later.

This program would run if we inserted a "GOTO" statement bypassing the turn processes and went to milling. the beginning code is below and it was an "Illegal Format", stopping on line 13.

Thanks!

@al.whatmough, thanks for mentioning my name

Hi @Anonymous.

I tested this post at several customers, but it is build for the smooth control which differs from Matrix control, that was already said by the Mazak engineers. It needs some work.

Hello,

I am really in need of some help.  We purchased a used Integrex 200 3st with Fusion 640 control and I'd like to hire someone to help us with getting a post worked out.  Is this something you do?  We can give you any feedback you need in order to tune it up.   Unfortunately this is an urgent need as I am trying to have this machine setup for another company in a week.  Please let me know if you are willing and able to work on this.

Thank you

Adam

If possible could we talk via whatsapp?  5615420514/usa I think +1 for country code at beginning.  I'd like to just discuss compensation via phone and then we can see about moving on  🙂
