Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forums and to HSMWorks. Recently, the company I work for purchased an AXYZ 4010 CNC router and they gave me the task to test out the new machine and find the best option to generate the g code. It did come with its own software (VCarve Pro 8.0), however I have to first generate a DXF drawing, then import it into VCarve Pro and then specify the operations. This is why we chose to try HSMXpress, as it permitted us to generate the code all within SolidWorks and to eventually automate the whole process.
My problem is that there isn't an AXYZ post processor in HSMXpress. I located the post processor used by VCarve Pro and added it to the "posts" folder of HSMXpress but it always fails to generate anything. I've attached the AXYZ 4010 post processor that VCarve Pro uses. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Anthony
