Looking for a post processor for a Next Wave Automation Piranha XL

New to Fusion and just love it!  I'm and old retired ArtoCAD user and for 3D and modeling it's far superior, easy to pick up-up and intuitive.  Wish it would have been around twenty years ago.

However, I have a problem, I'm in need of a post processor that will run on a Next Wave Automation Piranha XL that I recently added to my retirement shop toys.  The Vectric software it come with is almost useless for what I want to do.

Thanks

Attached is the post processor for the piranha fx. I'm sure you can modify the parameters of the bed to make it work for you. Hope this helps, currently trying to get a post processor for the laser attachment for fusion.

Up until about a month ago, I was able to use the NWA Piranha_new.cps post in Fusion 360 to create tool paths for the Shark HD3. Starting maybe 3 weeks ago, nearly every tool path that I generate results in the program starting in the controller, no motion occurring, and then about 5-10 seconds later the controller says the job is finished and exits the job.

Alternatively, some programs run for a period of time making the appropriate cuts and then just stop and act like they finished. The spindle moves up to travel Z and the machine returns to the start point. The software claims the program is done.

The only thing I can think of is that there is some piece of G-Code buried in the program that the controller doesn't like. Fusion updates nearly weekly so it is possible there was some minor tweak along the way behind the scenes.

I poted both G-code files, the last working one, and the last failed one so maybe someone can take a look. As an aside, the setup in the program is identical for both files.

Any input would be great.  Thanks!

I never figured it out.  I ended up selling the HD3 a few months ago.

In my opinion, especially when looking at a Piranha, it is better to get a machine that runs a litle bit more open controller (my next hobby level CNC will be a Shapeoko XXL).  That way you can use a multitude of design programs and have more flexibility in GCode.

I would get a Shapeoko or something a little more open source.
