Hi@all,

we have a kitamura horizontal 5axis running and managed to use a haas 5axis post to handle the machine pretty good.

We only have 1 problem. The machine indexes EVERY angle except 1 situation. If B-axis indexes -90° AND the a-Axis is -90° or 90° the CAM will turn the coordinate system like we want it, but does not index the axis in post output. So the problem is, that everything is correct except the missing line to index the axis in posted programcode. Simulation etc looks good.

After pallet was placed in the machine, the pallet Index is B0.  To have the table aligned 90° to the spindle we have to index B-90. Hope you can understand how the setup is.

Can anyone give me an idea about how to solve that?

best regards
Marcus

Hello meXtec-marcus

The part you programed was not in the upload, it was just the machine.

I think the problem is in the set up of the part. I was able to machine on all 5 possible sides of a cube.
