Hurco post modification

Hello, I need to change all the cycles to be non-modal, i.e. to be called at each position, because somehow it collides with the model if some holes are lower than the z0 plane.

For example: 

G0 X-28.45 Y-29.317
G43 Z15. H2
Z5.
G99 G83 Z13.601 Z0.5 R3. F100.
X0. Y0.
