Help with HMC Post (3+2 machining)

Our shop has a lot of 4 axis horizontals and we primarily do 3+2 axis machining. They index around the Y axis at the table and we use B for the index call. They all run on Fanuc controls. I need some help getting the post set up for our needs. I believe I have everything set up correctly in HSM and something isn't right in my post. The simulation looks right, but my post isn't outputting any indexes? I have attached my post and some pictures showing the set up. 

 

I'm also trying to get rid of the G5.1 Q1 code if anyone could help with that.

 

I'm trying to get a part set up with one WC, but can index some angled holes and run off the same WC point. Hopefully that makes sense.

Hi @Anonymous, who is your reseller? He can probably help you out with postadjustment, machinesetup and maybe even machine simulation.

They are charging for custom post edits, so I'm trying to figure it out myself before going to them. 

 

I have the B indexes showing correctly now. I ended up using the fanuc with a axis generic post and making the same changes I did to the other generic fanuc post. 

 

Now I would like each section of code where either a new tool is running or another feature to include the following in this order

1. G94G00G80G40G17 -our safe codes everyone is used to seeing
2. G00G90B270.G57 -rapid absolute and index followed by wc 
3. S718M03 -spindle speed/direction
4. M08 -coolant codes
5. G00X-40.6134Y29.8445 -first position
6. G43Z-6.0197H03 -compensation on
