Doosan Millturn Issues

Hey, I'm using the Doosan Mill/Turn post for a Puma 2100Y, and it's giving out codes specific to the machine's non-existent B-axis, specifically M110, the B-axis lock.  I've set the "gotBAxis" set to false and have tried "bAxisIsManual" as both false and true, and it still posts out.  The machine won't run with those codes, and I'd rather not have to manually delete them.

Also, at the end of programs it posts out an M80 to lower the Q-setter, I don't know why that is there, and I'd rather it not be.  Also stumped as to how to disable it.

And another bug, if I use .001 as a feedrate, in IPR for instance, it rounds down to a feedrate of 0.

Can you upload a copy of the post you are using here and some marked up code.

Also, what is the vintage of your puma and what control is on it?

I ask because, M110 on the current Lynx machines is subspindle interference detection off.

At least on my machine, I can't hardly do anything on the subspindle without calling M110.

Also, the M80 code is "mirroring off"  on my machine.  This is a holdover from some of the original versions of this post that used z-axis mirroring in the control vs in the post for subspindle operations.

Yeah, here's the post with the tweaks I've made, the machine dates to about 2012.

I've got the subspindle disabled, too, which ought to prevent those codes from being posted, as well?  In any case, here's some context for the M110 - this is on the second op of the program:

(OD PROFILE - NO GROOVE 2)
N27 G0 Z7.
N28 X2.3001 Y0.
N29 G96 S230 M3 P11
N30 Z-0.0008
N31 X1.6507
N49 G40 X1.66 F0.015
N50 G0 X2.3001
N51 Z7.
N52 G97 S382 M3 P11
N53 M9
N54 G28 U0. V0.
N55 G0 Z7.
N56 M110
N57 M1

The M80 and M111 come at the very end of the program, like this:

N550 M25
N551 G0 G28 U0. V0.
N552 G0 Z7.
N553 M34
N554 G54 M80

N555 M111
N556 M30

And the feedrate issue is pretty self explanatory - basically I want it to round to the nearest tenth when it comes to IPR feedrates, unlike this (Line 417):

N407 G99 G18 M34
N408 G50 S5000
N409 T1212
N410 M8
N411 G97 S249 M3 P11
N412 G0 Z6.15
N413 X2.3001 Y0.
N414 G96 S150 M3 P11
N415 Z-1.5764
N416 X1.6745
N417 G1 X1.66 F0.

I made a few edits to your post as you listed.

I commented out the M110/M111 instances, as well as the M80 at the end of the program.

I also updated your feedrate to allow 4 decimals when needed.  I posted out a few programs here and it seemed to have no issues with F.001

As usual, test carefully.
