Creating/modifying post processor

Hello everyone,

I have  C.B. Ferrari - E520 machine (milling) and I did not find a post processor for it in Hsm inventor library.

I am thinking about using the post processor of Selca and try to adapt it but there are many functions that I need for my machine that I did not find in Selca.

Does someone have an idea about the right or the most suitable post processor that I need to use and adapt for my machine ?

I think the machine has a Siemens or Heidenhain control,
there are some PP's available.

I would like to thank you for your response, it is very nice from you.

But the problem I have is that the control is cb ferrari also and I have not found any post processor in the library for this machine.

I have a post processor for cb ferrari when I was using alphacam, but now that I am using hsm inventor I need to have a PP for this software.

Do you have an idea about how can I adapt this old PP ( for alphacam ) to hsm inventor ?

Do you have a G and M code list and a programming guide for this controller?
If so, then you could adjust a PP.

Thank your for your response, yes I have the list of functions G and M for the controller of my machine, I have also the PP that we used to use with an other software of CAM.

But I could not program a new PP who looks like the PP in the library of Inventor HSM, I used the PP of Selca and I am trying to delete the functions that I dont have.

The problem is I could not add new functions for some operations 😞
