I know this is a very old thread, but it seems to be the closest to what my situation is.
I have tried the attached post file (11400_Anilam 5000M_M3x.cps) and while it does mostly work, it takes a lot of hand editing before I can run it on my 6000M controller.
Before I pay someone to write a new one I thought I would try here first.
Issues with the attached file:
Does not output the tool number or tool change (Tx or M6)
Does not turn on/off coolant (M8/M9)
Drill cycle (peck drill in particular) does not work. I had to cut and paste the drill code from an old file I had.
Rapids tool to Z0 after tool change and then retracts. I think it does this because it is missing a G53 O0. Anilam uses G53 O1 as tool offset 1 instead of G54
I have not tried ridged tapping yet, but I suspect it will not work.
I have attached two files. 199 is the way it is output using the post from this thread. 200 is the file I edited and have successfully run on the machine.
Any help of suggestions would be appreciated.
Nope, I was hoping to hear something back.
I was able to edit one that I found and it is better. I am still having issues with the drilling routine not drilling the first hole and rigid tapping, but it is much better.
I have attached it in case it might help others. Coolant control works as does tool change. Work offset it outputting correctly as well.
What machine do you have? Let me know if this works for you.
I have a 2003 Fryer MC 20... With the Anilam 6000 controller. I have a post processor for Mastercam X that works well drilling and tapping. I don't know how to go about modifying post configs... Here is the config from MX4... you might understand better... Can you pay to have one written?
Thanks for sharing your post processor. It is in a different format and unfortunately I cannot "cut and paste" from it.
I can pay to have something written, but was trying to sort it on my own before spending a few hundred dollars for relatively minor changes to what I already have.
Hi, thanks for attaching this pp. I have a Anilam 6400M and this is the best one I have used yet. Some bugs in the drilling like you said
but not as much hand editing.
Thanks!
PM me your email address and I can send you a much improved one. I have most all of the drilling cycles and tapping working correctly now.

Yes, I do have a post processor for the 6000M controller and it is working very well. I no longer send it out as the majority of the people I sent it to were very unappreciative. I have spend quite a lot of time and money getting it to work and at this point I do not see any value in sharing it with others. I am sorry I cannot help you.
Thanks!. I appreciate you taking the time to post that. I have a much better version now with all the drilling cycles sorted. If you would like a copy just email me.

Hello, I recently just got a kent usa jm450 with the anilam 6000m control, up and running after months of trouble shooting. would you be willing to sell the post processor that works with Fusion 360? I understand the frustration of working out the kinks and I wouldnt expect it for free. if you are willing would you please email me at kmwfabrication@gmail.com.
Hi, I know this is an old thread, and that you've put an enormous amount of effort into this post processor, but I was wondering if I could still a copy, or even purchase one for a anilam 6000m?
Thank you
Ben
What machine do you have the Anilam 6000M control on?
The post I have has been well sorted out at this point and working well on my Kent JM450. That said, I don't think I am willing to give it away any longer. I have no idea what it is worth to someone, but feel free to make me an offer.
