5 axis Cnc post processor

Hi Guys

I have a 5 Axis cnc, I am running a Linux cnc.

&nbsp

I have a problem with my machine speed, I know this is a problem that I have read about all morning, and hoping someone can help me to resolve this problem. when I am running 3+2 the machine cuts at desired feedrate, but once I cut full 5 axis it is very slow and yerky.

My post processor is currently only using (f) and run the G code in G94 which is the problem because my rotating axis is slowing my machine down. I need to modify my post processor to convert the rotating axis to G93,not exacally sure who to explain it or how to go about it but some help ASAP would be very much appreciated.

Please find attached my post processor

I´ve looked into your post and it looks quite old being from 2018, it is not prepared to support G93 inverse time feedrates.
Instead of adding that to your existing post, I´d suggest to use the latest version of the linuxcnc post which is fully prepared for that.

You dont even need to change the post for adding your kinematics, you can easily specify these within the machine configuration dialog.

In there, you can also set your desired feedrate output as shown below:
