Turning - Ability to create boring bar with rectangular shank.

At the moment, the option to uncheck "Round Shank" is greyed out when defining a boring bar holder.

With the other tool holder types, you can uncheck this and then define a rectangular shank.

Please add the ability to do this for boring bar holders.

While I agree this should be possible I think it's the least of the worries we have with the turning tool options at the moment.
