Instances to skip for holes

It would be good that I have option when making holes and check select same diameter, to have option instances to skip. Just to select the holes that I want to skip - in HSMWorks in Solidworks.

Here is away to do it in SW, you make configurations inside the part file.

then you put each config into a assembly and you can cut each configiration as a job.

I do this all the time to avoid areas where I do not want to cut\avoid when a boundry cannot contain where the tool goes.

This is a way if you design in SW, but in my company I got the finished step file that I can't modify and thus I need option in HSMWorks to skip some holes... but anyway thank you.

Not true there are features in SW to delete and patch using surfaces or you can add features to plug the holes.

I have done this with SW for 25 years to cut files in Surfcam before there was even HSMWorks.no problem

I even split the dumb solid into multiple bodies, works slicker than snot!

Again may not work on every part because of the geometry. but holes on flats no problem.
