allow tool "Z" zero to be called elsewhere

 @sevenfive85 are you able to explain the application you would use this? and you could do that very easy in your tool offsets in the controller.

For tool such as a radius mill and even some form tools we call our Z0 there because the tool tip to the wiper are not consistent coming from the manufacture, therefore we use a presetter to call that point z0 and not have to worry about the length

under the form mill, you can change the Z off set value, see the picture, will this not work?

no it will not.  it will compensate the tip offset value.
