You are better off installing the latest Inventor HSM Development release.(That is 2017)

I mean installing the latest available development release: http://cam.autodesk.com/inventor-hsm-experimental/

I have no idea when the "official" release will be available. But the last version you find there is the release candidate so it should be good to use.
