I previously installed R2.42017 and activated without issue. Today I tried installing R2.42038 but I got the following series of errors:

I uninstalled HSMWorks completely. Re-extracted the installer, and reinstalled. This time it properly asked me for a serial number..
BTW it's proper annoying that the form doesn't remember the Serial Number... and it used to at least remember the product key, but that's gone now as well.

I had to do this as well, although I didn't get these errors. My installer simply had a grayed out 'Install' button after the license agreement. Uninstalling fixed it. This was on multiple computers, work and EE licenses, Premium and Ultimate, Win7 and Win10.

PS - I agree that the re-prompt for the serial number is very annoying. We are trying to find a solution to that.
What about CAM-7673? Is it fixed?
