Where is my trash folder - Je n'ai pas de corbeille !

Good morning,

I deleted a Drawing by mistake, and I would like to recover it, except I don't have a trash in my FUSION 360 web profile. Who can help me?

And why am I the only one among my colleagues who doesn't have a trash?

Bonjour,

Good day @graphiste3F7B2S,

Please have a look at this link regarding the Trash Folder, I access it through the web client.
Hope it helps.

Hi,

I have no trash-bin, in all my online folders, and I can't find where they can be activated.

Regards,

Good day @graphiste3F7B2S,

Thank you for the feedback and screenshot. It should look like this.

With the trash at the top of any folder.
Please verify if you have Administrator permissions for the folders you are referring to.

Good day @graphiste3F7B2S,

This can be a bit tricky because of the admin portal and the option not being available for contributors.

This link should explain the process.

Hi again,

So, I've changed my status to Editor, and still no trash-bin ibn all my folders, nor does the Project Admin regarding my folders ! Could this be a bug ?

Kind regards,

Sélim YAFI

Good day @graphiste3F7B2S,

If the project is not on your team then you will not be able to set permissions for the Default and Admin Projects.
That being said, your project members tab should look like this.

With there being 3 members in my example, with me as the Project Admin.
