Unable to open project file

I posted with Autodesk support last week but haven't heard anything yet so thought i would ask the community instead. I have been working on a project for 12 months approx, and always press user save at the end of the days work. However i tried to open the file last week and Fusion initially seemed to do nothing, the load bar didnt move, then it said fusion not responding, greyed out and closed asking me to submit a fault to Autodesk, which i did.

I have multiple other files, all open fine, apart from this one file everything is normal.

I tried to open previous versions but they all trigger the same Fusion crash.

I went to my online portal and Related Data has been what looks like loading for 4-5 days.

I also tried to export the file from online into an STL, but nothing seems to happen

Any suggestion or help would be gratefully received,i have close to 1000 hours in this file...

Hi @jamesfurber ,

Sorry to see that you're facing this problem. This looks like a bug, would you be able to invite me (Sujay<dot>dsouza<at>autodesk<dot>com) to that project?
That'll help us investigate the issue and see if there can be any workaround possible in the meantime.

You mentioned that you have receive a crash error report, after a crash it then generates a crash report ID, If so can you pass on one of the IDs?
