Unable to Access Team

Hi,

I am currently logged into a @ edu account which has a Fusion account associated with it. When I try to access a Fusion team I am already part of (verified on the administrator side) I got a pop up that says "You are logged in as ...@ gmail.com Login as different user". The email that is displayed is not related to the @ edu account, nor does it even have a Fusion account associated with it. When I click on "Login as different user", this cycle repeats.

If I download Fusion to access my team, the team just does not exist in my left side tab. I have retried installing Fusion and this issues persists on both Windows and Mac.

I have tried restarting my computer, clearing cookies, using incognito, and borrowed two other computers with different operating systems and had this same issue. The Fusion team admins also tried sending me a new invite to the @ edu account but was not able to.

Is there any fix for this? I thought maybe I could try getting removed from the Fusion team first and then resend the invite?

@chen4678 Can you please try the below and see if that helps?

  1. Close Fusion
  2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?

Also, for the @edu account can you direct message me the email of this account?

@chen4678 For the Mac, please try this one:

  1. Close Fusion
  2. Go to Finder - Go - Go to folder - type this exactly -  ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services
  3. Delete the file idservices.db
  4. Start Fusion
