Team member that only uploads information.

Is it possible to add a project manager to a team for the purpose of uploading files only, they will not be doing any drawing. to ensure everyone on a project is working of the right information. do they have to have a licence?

@pauric.dalyG9DNP A licence is required for a user to have the upload functionality. This is the "editor" role at a minimum. The viewer role can not upload files.
