Remote Fusion instance access (license question)

Dear Autodesk community

Could you please help me clarify a concern

Am I able to use a single license of Fusion 360 on Device A and access it through the RDP protocol from another device, Device B, in the morning, and then from a different device, Device C, in the evening?

@o.yefimov I'll see if I can find out for you, but you might have more luck asking in the Fusion Support forum.

@o.yefimov You are fine using Fusion in the way you described. You are allowed to access from many devices, as long as it is not concurrent.

Thank you
"I have another small extension to this question. Would I be violating the license if I have a server with a purchased license and access it via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and I access it in the morning or in the evening, and another engineer accesses it at night (all accesses occur at different times, via RDP, with no parallel access)?

@o.yefimov While this would technically work, I can't confirm that it is against the Terms and Conditions as I am not with licensing or legal. The Autodesk general Terms and Conditions can be found here:

Thank you for your time. I have read all the terms and didn't find any violations, but I want to make sure everything is correct. Could you please redirect me to someone who can confirm if it's legal according to the license terms?

@o.yefimov As this forum is for trouble shooting issues with Fusion Team, you may be better served by contacting support via this link (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support?utm_source=forum-siderail&utm_medium=webpage&utm_camp...) and contacting your own lawyer.
