is it possible to change the contract to another hub?

Hey Guys,

I had previously assigned a contract to a Team hub and now I like to assign to same contract to a different hub. But now through the autodesk administrator account it is just showing my assigned contracts but it is not showing any option to assign the hub to another contract .

Is there a way to do that . Please see the below image.

Looking forward for your reply

Hi there,

Thank you for posting your question.

Unfortunately, you cannot do that. Once a contract is assigned it's permanent.

Hi @asiteur

Thanks for your reply

I do have another question . Actually I own a Fusion Team Hub and there are some of my colleagues whom I have added in the hub ...  suppose if I resign I would like to transfer the ownership of the hub to another person . Now how can I do that ?

Hi there,

In case the hub administrator leaves the company you should do the following:

1) Go to Admin Settings > Members and Role and give someone else Administrator rights

2) Make the new admin remove your own rights and deactivate you as a Team Member

3) (Optional) access to the "Assign Contracts" area is provided to the Software Coordinator and Contract Manager roles, have this role changed by your reseller.

Clear enough?
