Fusion 360 Launcher stalls after expected load. Launcher screen turns white and freezes.

Hi,

I use Fusion almost every day, and have never encountered this problem. Upon launch, the loader turns white and doesn't open the Fusion app. I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion, signing in and out of my account, and trying to do the Service Utility launch by holding CONTROL + SHIFT upon launch. Nothing is working. Any help is appreciated. I have pulled the Diagnostic Files in a .zip if interested. Thank you. I have attached a screen shot of the stuck loading screen. I have not yet tried to clear the local cache, as I am not sure where to find it in my filesystem, when I can't access the app.

Cleared the cache and it's still not working. The diagnostic log file shows no errors either but it seems to be stuck after a .stream configurator object ends.
