Do others see their coloured objects if they use a public link?

If I use a public link I only get the steel appearance when viewing in in browser!

Hi @Anonymous 

If you add any physical material or appearance, surely it will reflect the same in your browser. If you don't get the right appearance what you intended, You can try modify the settings in the browser as shown below:

 

Kindly like and  'Accept solution' if you get that right.

Yeah, this has always worked for me (and is till works in older projects). However since a week, if I start a new design in a new file AND give it an physical material AND appearance is looks like a steel finish and grey no matter how I set my browser settings. This problem also occurred at my colleagues who have also experience with making public links for distributing projects. Therefore I thought that there is a new update or engine or something that does not allow the same display.

 

Do you have any other suggestions?
