Deleting Fusion hub entirely

A month ago I 'accidently' installed Fusion/Fusion Teams. ACC hub is my domain and curious as I am, I thought the Fusion Hub would add something.

Turns out I can't use it for anything.

So on my Autodesk account (and in Desktop Connector, and my PC file explorer) I have access to my ACC hub and my Fusion Teams hub registered to that Autodesk account.

I uninstalled Teams Desktop from my PC (leaving everything but the app unchanged : Desktop connector and in explorer), but can't find anywhere how to get rid of the Teams hub alltogether.

So to be clear : I don't simply want to leave a hub (which is where everybody points me to) but I want to delete my own Fusion Teams hub entirely. (btw nobody ever had any acces to it). Just let it go up in smoke ...

Thanks for helping me find a solution

Hello, thanks for the replies.

I was desperate and was anxious to resolving this nagging problem, so further search on this forum led me to a post by 'mauricio_olmedo’  this thread

who had the same problem and Autodesk Customer support got the job done.

I contacted my service provider again and they suggested doing the same, so I did.

Had Autodesk customer support get back to me proposing to delete (or at least lock) the Fusion Team Hub).

Apparently deleting it is a more complicated procedure maybe intricately linked to account overall.

Locking it is fine for me as long as I never see it again, nowhere and it doesn't eat my tokens any longer.

I'll wait for that to unfold and get back to this forum.

So thanks again for proposing to help. B.t.w. @Andy.Spivey you are part of Autodesk Customer Service helping out with fusion issues ?

Thanks @RajkumarIlanchelian for getting quick on to this and informing Andy Spivey about this.

If anything, this thread might help others to a quicker solution when in the same situation.

Thank you for the follow-up @bim2T7BT.  The workflow you described will work and resolve the issue for you.

To answer the above, I manage and help handle escalations into the engineering teams, but I am not part of the Customer Service teams.  I do work with them quite a bit and will assist on the forums when there are data questions.

Happy to help!
