Controlling email notifications

For some reason I have recently started getting email notifications every time I save a design change.  In the settings choices, I don't see how I can stop getting these without loosing all notifications since design updates aren't listed in the checkbox options.  I assume I'm missing something.

The 2nd checkbox is related to getting email notifications related to 'New version updates' of files (whenever you save a change to a file, a new version is created).

So, if I uncheck that it looks like I'll stop getting notifications of forum replies, or are those "@Mentions, replies" related to something else?

I don't believe those settings affect what notifications you get from these forums.  Those are set in your Forum Preferences on this site.

Well I don't know what's going on now, but I've suddenly started getting notification of every design save again even though I deselected "Data and Files: Uploads, @Mentions, Replies, New version updates" in email preferences.

Did you manage to find a solution?
I am facing the same issue. All of the sudden started to receive a lot of notifications even though that 2nd box was not ticked.

I did succeed in stopping the unwanted notifications, but I'm sorry to say that it was a while ago and I can't tell you exactly what it was I did.  In trying to figure out what it was, in response to your post, it seems that the organization of things has changed and I can't find anything familiar with what's in the screen shot above (but maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places).  You could try reaching out to CGBenner who replied above who seems to know what's up.
