Confusing thing about file versions

A machinist asked me to verify a thing in a program and looking at the setup sheet he had I searched for the part expecting to have a look at v48 of the file. But the latest version we had saved was v47.

I then opened the file and the version displayed everywhere is v48!?

But then when I opened v89 of the next design, the version displayed was a matching v89.

Good day @ltomuta,

I would suggest that you and the Machinist verify that all files have been synced to the cloud and then clear your Fusion 360 Cahce. 
If that doesn't solve the issue then there might be a problem on the server side.
