Using Split Balloons

Is there a way to add split balloons in the drawing environment or the ability to use the same balloon number for the same part at different lengths?  IE: I have a piece of conduit at 9 inches and 15 inches that are the same part number.

Thank you for the query. Yes, you can add multiple balloons on a given part through Balloon command as shown below.
