Update failing to complete.

Not applicable

Hello,

Every time I try to update Fusion, I get a status that says that the update failed to complete. My internet is good and I tried restarting my computer but it does not change anything. I put the screenshot of the message and the diagnostic log in the attachments so if anybody can help that would be great.

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

Thanks for sharing the logs. Can you please try the following. Note that the AppData folder location is a hidden folder.

  1. Close Fusion 360
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Autodesk\
  3. Delete the Webdeploy folder
  4. Restart your computer
  5. Reinstall Fusion from this link here

Does that put you on the latest version?

Thanks,

I just used the link you shared and reinstall Fusion 360. It's working very well! Thanks a lot.
