Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for posting! Since you haven't used the software in a while, you are probably a few updates behind. The best option here would be to uninstall Fusion with the cleaner tool and then reinstall to force Fusion to be on the latest update.

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.

Thanks,

Hi,

Unfortunately running the cleaner has not got rid of the problem. The installation runs until 99% and then I get an error box with the message What's wrong? We are not sure what is preventing the installation. "-2147024894, The system cannot find the file specified.', (None, None, None, 0, None)".

I am using Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.590) with 64Gb ram, Intel i5-3570K @ 3.4GHz.

Any help?

Hello Julia,

I am sorry to say that I still cannot install Fusion 360. I have used the cleaner, deleted the temp folder files and disabled my antivirus prior to a download and install (as admin) to no avail. Please find attached log file.

Regards

Bryan
