I received this message upon attempting to renew.
"Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again."
I'm not sure what support I should be attempting to contact as it appears that I only have access to the automated assistant. In other words, when I try to present that issue to the automated assistant, I'm referred right back to the location where the message originated. It appears that I'm dealing with a catch-22 for this issue. Can you tell me how to reach the support representative who can help me?
