'Unable To Synchronize Projects'

I have been experiencing an issue for a while where I only have access to my projects from my main desktop computer. On any other computer I am faced with a blank projects sidebar, although I am able to access my files from the 'My Recent Data' option. When opening fusion for the first time or refreshing the side panel I get this drop down message appear:
Also when trying to view my Fusion hub online I receive this error message:
I think this issue started around the time I changed the email address associated with my Autodesk account. When trying to sign in to A360 with my old email address I see a window telling me 'There seems to be a conflict' and to post on the forums. I've attached my diagnostic log files in case this may help. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!
