Unable to reset existing password or verify a new account - emails not arriving

I have been unable to get signed in.

 

My original account "roger at leitch dot me dot uk"  unable to reset password as the email does not arrive.

Created a new account "roger at leitch dot top"   Managed two step verification with a text message but cannot get past next stage because the verification email has not arrived. 

Only thing that sort of works are forums - I am getting forum email messages, which suggests it's your end.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Not too sure why that is happening. Are you sure there are no blocked emails from "noreply@mail.accounts.autodesk.com"? This sender differs than the forum notifications and is similar to the password reset one.
