crashes after opening asset folder in the data panel

I tried to  open the asset folder in the data panel which caused fusion 360 to crash and now fusion 360 crashes directly when on the internet. i have the latest version and use mac also latest version.

and i cant open the assets folder in a360 either

can some body help me im total unable to use fusion 360 and A360 at the moment. Even with a new instal it is in a crashing loop
