Unable to relaunch fusion 360 after crash

Fusion crashed just as I was about to close the program yesterday so I just shut down my computer. I've now tried to open it today and I keep getting this message, I've tried clicking both 'Don't Open' and 'Reopen' but it doesn't launch and I get a crash report notification.

Does anyone know how I can get past this and open the program?

Hi @belSVWXD,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community!

I am sorry to hear that is happening.  As I took a peek at error reports sent from you, you have been experienced some crash issues.  At this time I suspect there might be corruption in the program files.

Can you please perform a clean-uninstalling using the automatic cleaner tool - see this web page, if you have not tried this?  Then download a fresh installer by selecting Download Free Trial on this web page.

If the issue still persists, would you mind manually collecting the Diagnostic log files for Fusion in the system and send them to me via email (kanehiko.saito@autodesk.com)?  This link guides how to manually collect the log files.

If you saw the Error Report dialog after reinstalled Fusion, I would also appreciate your sending the error report to us.

Hopefully this helps

If you have any questions, please let me know  and I'm happy to help!

Thanks.
