Unable to open PCBA pushed from Eagle (since today)

Hi,

 

i am getting an error "Unable to open - Fusion 360 is unable to open FILE. It may have not been synced correctly...." after pushing a file from Eagle to Fusion 360.

Some notes:

  • The little preview is showing the PCBA
  • I can view the PCBA in the Web browser window
  • System: Windows 10
  • Yesterday it has been working, today not any more

 

I have already searched the forum and the troubleshooting and tried the following:

  • Uninstalling Fusion 360 and using the Fusion360 Cleaner.exe
  • We have created several new fusion files and pushed the PCBA there
  • We have pushed another PCBA that already has successfully been pushed (in the past) to fusion to several fusion files
  • Changed to a different project folder, created new fusion files and pushed different PCBAs to Fusion
  • Pushed PCBAs from a different OS (Linux - Ubuntu)
  • There is no Update running
  • Opening a version that has been pushed yesterday works normally, but nothing that has been pushed today works.

Therefore it seems, that the service and/or Fusion360 itself has an issue.

 

Can you help resolve it? We are in a critical project and 3D support is required to make fast progress.

The update of today seems to have solved the issue.

I hope it does not break any more.
