Unable to open Local Renders

I set up files to be rendered in Fusion and had all 4 were successfully able to render. I rendered each locally and at final render quality at 16:9 widescreen with varying ppi. All 4 thumbnails are in my render gallery and have the magnifying glass appear if I hover over each. None of them will open in order for me to be able to view or download them.

I have already restarted Fusion, restarted my computer, and tried opening them on another computer. What else can I do? I have searched the forums but no one with a similar issue has had their issue solved.

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry to hear about the issue! You are unable to open Rendering Gallery dialogue box, is that correct?

Is that happening with all of your designs or is it specific to one file? Does it make a difference if you clear user cache data?

If that doesn't help, could you invite me to your project? My email address is masanobu.minohara@autodesk.com

Also, please attach the diagnostic log files.

Hi masa.minohara,

Yes, I'm not able to open the Render Gallery dialogue box. I opened a few of my other designs but they do not have the same issue. I have cleared the user cache data too and it did not help.

I've invited you to the project and I'll add the diagnostic files.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for inviting me to your project and sharing the diagnostic log files! In the log files, I noticed that the version of Fusion 360 on your computer is not the latest and I'm curious if that is related to the issue.

Could you try uninstalling and re-installing Fusion to see if that makes a difference?
